He started first career as a trader of petroleum products based in Tokyo and London with one of the major Japanese trading houses. His second career was investment and facilities management of overseas hotel, condominium and golf course based in Tokyo and Asian countries with real estate developer. As a third career, he has been committed to human resources and labor management business as a consultant and outsourcer with accounting firm group for 17 years. After withdrawing from a representative partner at one of the group firms, he established ActDoor GK in order to specialize in services to assist customers to make necessary changes.
