ActDoor GK (hereinafter “ActDoor”) recognize that the appropriate handling of personal information is its social responsibility, and have established the following Privacy Policy to ensure that all executives and employees comply with it for the protection of personal information.
●ActDoor will comply with the Act on the Revised Protection of Personal Information (2015) and other applicable laws and regulations, and set forth company guidelines to inform employees of the importance of protecting personal information.
●ActDoor will notify the purpose for which personal information will be used before acquisition of such information, and will not use the information beyond the scope of such purpose without prior consent of the individual, except as otherwise required by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.
●ActDoor shall appoint an administrator responsible for personal information, and shall take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent risks including unauthorized outside access to personal information, and its loss, destruction, falsification or leakage.
●When ActDoor provides information to its affiliates or third parties, it exercises strict oversight to ensure safety in handling and managing personal information.
●In the event an individual requests the notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cease of use or elimination of his/her personal information which ActDoor is to keep for more than six months, ActDoor will accommodate the request within the limits permitted by laws and regulations.
●ActDoor shall establish a contact for inquiry concerning the handling of personal information, and shall sincerely respond to any complaints the individual may have. Please also contact for any comments and requests on the handling of personal information.


Purpose of Use of Personal Information

ActDoor may use Personal Information for the following purposes:
●To introduce and/or provide various services rendered by ActDoor
●To provide service information through publications (including distribution of email, newsletters, information and administrative matters on seminars and work shops, etc)
●To select and hire personnel and to manage them after the hiring
●To make proposals, take statistics and conduct researches concerning the services to be provided
●To respond to inquiries
●To implement comprehensive risk management based on the requirements for compliance with laws and regulations and quality control.
